Generally all the courses on grafute and postgradute level turn to English as the main languages in most of the colleges. But still on the university level in some states or cities, it is still available to teach in Hindi.
So kindly check in whichever college you are applying for whether they have hindi as an option or not.

Yes.. you can do BBA in hindi medium ,however, just a few universities offer Hindi-medium degrees...In India, most universities accept English medium courses, particularly bba. One of the colleges has approved hindi medium courses, therefore you may finish your bba there.
