Hi,
Being an IAS officer doesn't mean you can move out with vehicles and show off. IAS Officer is a public servant. He/she looks after the public, their needs and work for their benefits. If you want to be an IAS Officer, just for the sake that you will get fame, name and many vehicles, then, it is not right ethically. If you look upon on an IAS Officer in real, he/she will be polite and decent. It is not like movies where it is shown 10-12 vehicles. In reality, a newly commissioned officer get a single vehicle with a driver and security guards, cook and other benefits as per the cadre allocated. He/she do not have any liability to keep vehicles of their own choice. It is when an IAS Officer, become of secretary level, he/she gets allowance to 4-5 vehicles, but, 10-12 is such a large number.
UPSC CSE preparation strategy along with best books for prelims as well as mains exam for sure success.
