Means bina results ke jaise 4 November 2023 ko paper hoga NDA ka or results niklega November tk phir SSB interview December-January hoga or 12th ka paper padega almost February-March 2024 me to kya mai us time NDA EXam de sakta hu?

Sorry to say that, but it is clearly mentioned in the eligibility criteria for NDA 2023 that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent. And for Air force and Naval wing, Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board/University.
Also, candiadtes' age must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years.
=> So, you are not eligible to write NDA 2023 but definitely you can appear for NDA 2024.
