Kya Mai do different state ke counselling me baith sakata hu for B.E or B.tech admission ? Maine dono state ka entrance exam diya hai.

Of course you can. No body relies on a single examination and everyone keeps some colleges as back ups in different states. For example people taking WB JEE also appear for Comedk. You can definitely opt for counseling for both the states. It's just that you'll select a single college from a group of colleges at the end.
