Last year cut off for MSc chemistry at bits Pilani was 265? And my moderated BITSAT score is 264. Then is there is chance for me to get it?
Hello Virat ,
Yes, last year cutoff for MSc. Chemistry was 265. And according to 1st iteration results(as recorded by Bitsat queries group), the cutoff for the same is around 290. Here is the link for 1st iteration cutoffs: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G9P-d4XjUlcRcictEQhCOqzzL1KrJ5hFWP4sQvGD47o/edit?fbclid=IwAR0iZsnlKOb1-aZu5Fd3birDC4jf0ED3UcnHSKXC2q0tmoaOTb4kU29KKp0#gid=0
With your score, you do have chances of getting Msc. Chemistry in Pilani campus in further iterations. {You can get atleast one of the MSc. branches(bioloical sciences/ chemistry) in either of the three campuses.According to previous year's cutoffs, you can get B.E. in chemical(goa, hyderabad); civil in hyderabad campus as well. You can also get MSc. Physics in Hyderabad campus.}

Best Wishes!
Hey Virat, BITS Pilani is undoubtedly the best private college in India. A score of 264 in BITSAT is pretty decent in my view. You should definitely take a chance in its counselling, you might get what you desire. BITS cutoff trends have changed over time, so you never know if that cutoff for M.Sc Chemistry gets above 265 or below. Hope for the best. Good luck.
