Let z= 2-i sqrt(12)

z= 4 e^{i(-pi/3)}

z^4=  4 e^{i(-pi/3)}

So, the roots are sqrt(2)e^{i.-pi/12}, sqrt(2)e^{ i.5pi/12} , sqrt(2)e^{i. 11pi/12} and sqrt(2)e^{ i.17pi/12}

So, the least positive root is 5pi/12
