let suppose, iam a 1 year btech student and after a few months I have thought to change my college and shift to tmi,, is it possible??

If you also provide the name of the College in which you are currently studying, it would be helpful for us to check the rules and give you the information. The general rule is you need to obtain a migration certificate from the University you are in and no objection from both Colleges.
