Hello Candidate,

When a raindrop is falling down from the sky at a constant speed then it refers that its initial and final velocity before hitting the ground at the same so during its motion in the atmosphere it has no relative acceleration in that particle.

So, if we either know the distance travelled by the raindrop for the time taken for it in order to reach a particular height then we can we relate it with the law of motion to find out the other variable quantities.
