mam as I got admission in nsit so I want my paid money back which I paid in hansraj . so I have to click cancel or withdraw button to get money back in my account??

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got a seat in nsit,delhi and you want your money back which you paid to hansraj at the time of counselling.
For refund of your payment you have to go with withdraw option available and not the cancel option.
