Yes, you can apply for LLB programme. The top universities you can prefer Faculty of Law Delhi University, Faculty of Law Banaras Hindu University, Punjab University etc. The colleges have its own entrance exam, As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% in your Graduation as a General category.

If you are preparing for CLAT then it will be helpful for other 5 years law exams as the syllabus is almost same.If you explain which particular exam you are interested then I can help you better.

Faculty of law Delhi University, Faculty of law Banaras Hindu University you can prefer the admission is based on its own entrance test for LLB programme. You can prefer Delhi Law academy material for the preparation.
