there is no chance for government colleges as your marsk are too low , cut off for government colleges are around 550+ whereas you can still apply for the management quota having the cut off around 150

There are few chances you can expect a government seat you need not go for the management quota. For the management quota seats as you are aware you will need an extra sum of money that needs to be paid apart from the normal fees.
