Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.

First of all let me make you clear about the reservation quota for which you are going to benefited, so as you have mentioned that you belongs to PwD category and PwD category is reserved horizontally with the quota of 5% under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, so as I have assumed your main category as General so you will lie under Gen-PwD category or if you belongs to any other category like OBC/SC/ST then you will lie under OBC-PwD/SC-PwD and so on. In AIIMS New Delhi there are only 2 seats reserved for Gen-Pwd category, you can check out AIIMS reservation criteria : AIIMS MBBS Seats Reservation 2020 - Check here (careers360.com)

Now as we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the cut-off marks for AIIMS New Delhi has gone till 705 for General category. Now in 2020 we saw an increase in the cut-offs at institutional level and also from past three years only increment in cut-offs has been noted but yes it's quite difficult to predict marks for AIIMS on such analysis because just from last year AIIMS started taking candidates through NEET score but still if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then you should aim for at least 670-680 as you belongs to Gen-PwD category, to get seat in AIIMS New Delhi.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
