Hello Dharmesh..Ofcource you can apply. Minimum Eligibility to appear in B.Sc Aggriculture course is 10+2 or intermediate with minimum 55% marks( vary from Institute to Institute) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
In most of the College's selection is done on the basis of entrance exam.

EAMCET- conducted for admission in Andhra Pradesh.
PAU - conducted by Punjab Agriculture University.

IGKV- CET- Conducted by Indra Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya
As you are from Tamil Nadu , Tamil Agriculture University is best for you. TNAU is one of the top most Agriculture University in India. If you are interested you can apply online or offline from May 18 to August 31,2019. You must be 10+2 with minimum 60% marks.
