Stray Vacancy round is conducted by the Central/Deemed University for the remainibg seats. The DGHS will send the merit list in 1: 10 ratio to the College and the admissions are based on pure merit. For example, for every 1 seat available, DGHS will release a list of 10 candidates. And MCI has uploaded the Stray Vacancy merit list at its official website mcc.nic.in. You can check the list for different Colleges there.
