Hello Kiran,
So many students get confused between MBA and PGDM, which course is good, which course to persue.
Whichever course you opt for, job opportunities are equal if you are doing from a very good college,
The only difference between the two is the course structure and affiliations.
All the MBA programs are affiliated from UGC, its course structure is designed by UGC itself and consists more of theoretical part.
PGDM course is affiliated from AICTE, course structure is designed by the colleges and they can change the course structure according to the industry requirements.
Both the options provide equal job opportunities if you have opted it from a very renowned college.
