Dear Rohini, you need a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology ar 10+2 level to be eligible for NEET. 50% is for General Category. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. The importance of 10+2 marks for NEET ends right there. The rest depends on how well you score in NEET. The cut off is only for determining NEET eligibility and not for securing a Medical seat.
