No, if you take arts for your 10+2 , then you won't be eligible for Air forces and Navy in NDA
But yes,
You will be eligible for Army in NDA
This is because,
NDA eligibility criteria says that:-
*Qualification required :- For army , candidates with educational qualification of 10 + 2 in any stream are eligible. To be eligible for NDA examination for Navy and Air force, only candidates having educational qualification of 10 + 2 with Physics and Maths are eligible.
†† So, if you want to be eligible for Airforce/ Navy, you need to do 10+2 in science stream with Maths and Physics
*Age:-one must be in the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years old to be eligible.
*Only male candidates are eligible and the candidate must be unmarried .
*Nationality :- To be eligible you should be
-)A citizen of India/ Nepal / Bhutan
-)Or, A Tibetan refugee ( of before January 1, 1962) who moved here in India with the intention of settling in India permanently
-)Or, an Indian origin person who migrated from following countries with the intention of permanently settling in India - Burma/ Pakistan/ Sri Lanka/ Uganda / East African Countries of Kenya/ the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar)/ Malawi/ Zambia/ Zaire/ Ethiopia / Vietnam.
