Sorry but this is a very poor score to get admission into any medical college under any category or quota. Even for a sc category student the cutoff goes beyond 400 in state quota and more than 450 for All India Quota. And for general category the cutoff is more than 600 marks for getting a government college under All India Quota. I would suggest you to drop the year and come again next year with better preparation.
