Hey Harsh.

To be eligible to take admission in NITs you need to score a minimum of 75% aggregate in your 12th qualifying boards or to be in the top 20 percentile of your board in that year. As you've scored less than 75% marks then you will be eligible only if you belong to the top 20 percentile of your board in this year.

NIT and IITs have same eligibility criteria for this.
But if you come under the top 20 percentile of your state board then you will be eligible in both NITS and IITs even with 74% marks
