Government job related to gate examination ..so there are not exact score for gate to get government job .. it's depend upon different branches and also how candidates perform in particular year in a GATE examination...
As if you belongs to ECE branch then you have to rank score rank around 200 to get government job... to get government job through GATE examination is not easy task so prepare well for it to get the interview from PSU..
