MIT University USA Admissions processes .please Explain
Hello aspirant
MIT university admission to international students is done on the basis of grades obtained in your country along with sat and toefel scores(standardized test requirements)
Also competence at various subjects is checked to know whether the students are prepared on not.
While MIT doesn’t require specific high school courses for admission, it does recommend the following courses:
- One year of high school physics
- One year of high school chemistry
- One year of high school biology
- Math, through calculus
- Two years of a foreign language
- Four years of English
- Two years of history and/or social sciences
You may apply to MIT under the early action or regular decision plan. It doesn’t use Common App or Coalition application, but uses an independent application (https://my.mit.edu/uaweb/login.htm) specific to the school.
It specifies that you require two recommendation letters from your teachers. It will conduct your interview either online or offline and education counselor might also contact you.
