Based on the cutoff of 2018 ,the minimum cutoff under general category was Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad-493.

So you have less chances.

But the cutoff will vary every year based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
