Ms. Atishi- Do you think we as a country at this quarantine need to involve to create a public private partnership to create education infrastucture to make education more affordable & ensure that so many students don't drop out of education?

Public private partnership needed to ensure that people don’t drop out, I don’t think so, I think within the existing resources, Government institution specially can be substantially improve to ensure that students don’t drop out that’s not very difficult challenge to ensure. So I think there is different models that can be sort of but I don’t think private investment is required to solve the problem of drop out.
