Hello,
I would recommend you that if you have done BSc. in Computer Science then go for MSc. in Computer Science and if you have done BCA then surely go for MCA. The difference between the two is that MSc deals with all the theoretical parts of hardware and software whereas MCA deals with all the software related things.
