my 12th is 71.5 % as obc,outside delhi can i get iiit delhi with my good jee main rank as I qualify cutoff

A general candidate should get above 88 percentile for qualifying. All those who qualified jee mains can gave jee advanced. IIT admission is based on jee advanced score.
