Yes , you will be eligibile . The CAT exam eligibility criteria says that you need to either be a graduate or in the last year of the graduation to be able to get into IIM. And most importantly , you need to have atleast 50% marks in your graduation .

For IIM, you must complete your graduation.
IIM undertakes the score that tha candidate had secured in CAT. The candidate who fulfills this criteria is then called for Written Ability Test( WAT) and personal interview ( PI). Different IIMs as per their admission criteria offer admission to selected students.
If you clear cat with good percentile and all the rounds then yes, you will be eligibile for IIM.
