My academic documents are from state and my caste certificate and income certificate are from other state so any problem at time of admision

Income certificate is issued by the state government so there is Nothing to do with Your academics. Now In some states, some castes considered as belonging to reserved category while in other it is not Mostly with OBCs, So your category will be decided by your domicile status, The state from which You belong will decide your caste.
