CAT Eligiblity Criteria :
A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.
If you are in 3 years graduation degree course, then you should score in 3rd year that should evaluate your overall graduation marks will be 50%. If it will be less 50% in your graduation, then you will not be eligible for CAT.

If in your 4 or 3 years of Bachelor degree you have scored at least 50% then you are eligible for the CAT exam. As the eligibility criteria for the general candidate is only 50% in Bachelor degree.
