Dear student,

First of all congratulations on securing 5275 rank in JEE advanced exam.
With this much a good rank you can easily get many iits if your belong from general category.

Now if you think that with this much jee advanced rank you will get seat in IIT the next year, then sorry, you cannot get it.

Because the rank of JEE advanced is valid only for that current year. You either take admission on the basis of your rank or you have to regret it, because if you leave, then you have to again give JEE advanced exam to take admission in IIT.
Jee advanced rank is mainly for getting admission in iits and iist.
In simple words it means that this rank is one time only and you cannot use it for future purposes.
Because in future if you get a job then the company Will not see your jee advanced rank, the company will see your technical abilities or if you get any psu job then you have to crack gate exam or upsc exam which has no relationship with jee advanced rank or exam.

So, with this much good rank you can get many iits and it is advisable that you take admission in iit.
So, take admission this year otherwise there is no guarantee that you will perform this well in your next iit exam in next year, because this rank is mainly for pursuing undergraduate course in iits or iist.
