My Air is 8800 & OBC category rank 901 i have not been alloted NLU in 1st round can i expect NLU Ranchi in 2nd list?

Considering your rank and your category you do not seem to have any chance for admission in NLU ranchi or any other NLU in the subsequent lists as per the Careers 360 college predictor. Also, the cut off for admission in NLUs has been really high in the previous years.
