According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the average NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur and so on if and only if you deserves Home state quota for them. If you don't deserves Home state quota for them then you can go for IIITs like IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una and likewise other IIITs but with lower branches and if you want to get good branch then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in good branches on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

As you have secured 50000 rank in JEE mains with your OBC category and 160000 CRL rank, then it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in any josaa counseling.
If you belong to home state of some nits then by applying your home state quota there might be a chance that you can get low nits like NIT Manipur, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Srinagar, NIT Puducherry, etc.
But if you doesn't belong from home state quota then sorry you have no chance of getting a NIT or IIIT in any branch till last round of josaa counseling.
Or you can wait for csab round counseling, as the changes of getting seat is increased even at low ranks.
So, with this much rank you will not get any seat in josaa counseling if you don't have home state quota.
