IAS or IPS exam eligibikty criteria is to be only a graduate. You have completed BA LLB which will have added advantage for you as you know legal matters.
Go for Upsc site and check the detailed syllabus for civil service exam. Start preparation accordingly. Stick to the syllabus. Revise daily what you study.
