hi,

see you did not mention which exam you are asking about. from domicile point of view you need to give the name of home state of which you have all domicile certificate and criteria, here birth place did not matter.if you have fulfilled the all the criteria to claim of maharastra domicile then you can surely choose as per your criteria.

I am asking for NEET UG 2020 EXAM... My birth place is Uttar Pradesh but i want to apply for Maharashtra MBBS seats also through ALL INDIA 15% quota.. Is it possible??

Rohan 15% seat of all state medical college is open for all other state candidates, so you can definitely apply.
