With your date of birth, you will be eligible for UPSC 2023.
Because of this,
To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old on the 1st August of the year in which you intend to appear for the UPSC examination, i.e. on 1st August 2023 for UPSC 2023, and you meet this requirement because your date of birth is on 10th July 2002, and you will be 21 years old on 10th July 2023, i.e. before 1st August 2023, and thus eligible.
The UPSC eligibility criteria are listed below for your convenience:
You must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any discipline.
Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old on August 1st of the year you fill out the application.
Maximum age limit: 32 years, with a three-year relaxation for the obc category and a five-year relaxation for the sc/st category.
