Hello parashuram,
some of these college take direct admission via payment seat, but some colleges do not have this method, candidate have to take specific entrance exams. But majority of colleges have qouta of management seats, hence you can opt to management, however he can even take a long term and prepare for those examinations which may reduce fees to some extent.
