Hello student,
If your hall ticket says that you belong to OC category, then you might have mentioned the wrong category while filling the AP eamcet application.There will also be a correction window for correction of your wrong details mentioned in the application form.But now as the exam has been conducted and the counselling is about to start , i think you cannot do anything now.
The one thing you can try is that when you go for self reporting, carry your caste certificate along with you and tell the officials there about the problem.Then they might help you in some way.
