    My CET rakning has been held back. The reason for it is not clear. Why is it held back? For adm to Eng NOC is being asked for. Why ?

    NOC shouldn't have been asked for in general. But they might mean a character certificate from the school you passed 12th class. Also, please call or email the concerned persons as soon as possible and get clarified about why your rank is withheld. They will tell some reason ofcourse.
