Ideally your school should be renewing your Character Certificate. If for any reason, you are facing issues in getting your character certificate renewed by the School, you can reach out to an advocate asking if an affidavit will help you in any way. There are times that Affidavits do help in these situations.

so gazzete officer certificate not applicable does will face problem in neet counselling
