Yes you are eligible to appear for Neet exam because Neet exam does not have any criteria on class 10th marksheet just require class 12th mark that is 50% and you have it but I want to bring in your notice that the registration for NEET has been closed.

According to the NEET 2019 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying exam and candidates belonging to the unreserved category should score a minimum required percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in their Class 12 or HSC examination (40% for OBC, SC, ST)
Your percentage of PCB subjects of Class 12th are considered to determine the eligibility criteria and if you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you can appear for the exam. Check the detailed eligibility criteria using the link below
