It is quite difficult to predict the cut off for NIT 2021 and the chances to get seat in a particular campus because the seat allotment depends on various factors like total number of candidates appeared,  total number of seats available, category of the candidate, rank, preferences etc. Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting seat in Fashion Communication in the following campuses under OBC-NCL category

The cut off mentioned is for OBC-NCL category in 2019. The cut off is subjected to change depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
