my crl is 19900 and EWS rank is 2200 in which nit or iiit is possible for me for admission in computer science andengineering and information technology

Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get CSE in some moderate NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Arunachal Pradesh and likewise in some other institutions.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
