Hello dear
Firstly, congratulations on getting such a great rank!! Your hard work payed off well.
At this rank, it is unlikely that you may get CSE in one of the top 5 IITs. But I would suggest you to consider other options as well. If you want to go with CSE only, IIT Indore would be the best of the leftover options( you may miss IIT Hyderabad and Guwahati by a margin). Indore has definitely the best coding culture amongst all the second tier IITs and is ranked at par with IIT Bombay and IIIT Hyderabad in terms of coding culture. You could search for ACM ICPC results and world ranking of IIT Indore.
If you don't have a preference for branch, you could go for the following options-
Mechanical in IIT Bombay and Madras
Civil in IIT Delhi
Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering in Kharagpur
Mathematics and Scientific Computing and Electrical as well in Kanpur
Electronics and Communication Engineering in Roorkee
Mathematics and Computing in Guwahati
Look for the detailed analysis for all the different branches and choose according to your interests. All the branches are equally good, just have a difference in curriculum. Also, check once the college predictor link so that you don't miss out any other option- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-college-predictor
I hope this helps. All the very best!!

With a rank of around 1800 in JEE advanced exam, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the top 5 IIT's when comparing the results of previous years, especially when it comes to CSE branch. Since it is the most opted branch among candidates, the closing ranks were around 1000 last year. But, in top IIT's, you can get courses like chemical engineering, metallurgical engineering, mining engineering, integrated physics courses. If you want CSE only, you have chances in Colleges like IIT Dhanbad and IIT Jammu.
However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Good luck
