I am sorry to say but you won't be able to get into MIT with your rank.
I would suggest you to visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/tnea-cutoff to get information regarding the cutoffs of different colleges in the previous years and shortlist the ones where you can get admission with your rank. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
