Hey there!

You can get into Anna University, Chennai with branches like Civil Engineering, Geo informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Printing Technology branches. The cut off for Computer Science Engineering is 183. As there is a little fluctuation in the cut offs, you might have a chance to secure a CSE seat.

Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and Rubber Technology are the possible branches in MIT with your score as the cut offs are pretty higher than your score for other branches.

Hope this helped you

Thank you and keep asking:)
