My cut off is 186 in TN exams. I belong to MBC. It is possible to get ECE in Anna University or MIT?

Hey,
With the cut of 194 for ECE, you cannot get into Anna University, Chennai campus but Tiruchirapally campus is having lower cut offs. So, you can get into it. You are also capable of securing a seat in MIT with ECE branch.
