My date of birth is 05th December 1999 and I belongs to OBC-NCL, am I eligible to apply Nest 2020? pl. sgest me.

Sorry but you are not eligible for NEST 2020.
It is mandatory for the candidates applying for NEST 2020 entrance examination to fall under the age limit of NEST 2020 eligibility criteria. Candidates belonging to General / OBC category must be born on or after August 1, 2000. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ PwD category will get a relaxation of maximum five years.
