Hello Aspirant,
For a candidate to be eligible to attend UPSC civil service examination, they have to be in the age bracket of 21 to 32 (for general category students) considered at 1 August. You will not be eligible since you will not be of the age 21 by 2023. But you can try the next year (2024). Hope this helps.
Dear aspirant,
Civil Services Exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. It is conducted every year for recruiting officials for Government Services including IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.
You must have completed your Undergraduation or Post Graduation or Professional Degree from any stream.
You must be between 21 and 32 years if you are General Category candidate (Relaxation in upper age limit is given to candidates belonging to reservation category), as on 1st August, 2023. Also you must have born between 2nd August, 1991 to 1st August, 2002.
So your date of birth is not in the given range so you are not eligible for writing UPSE CSE exam in 2023. But you will be eligible to write UPSE CSE exam in 2024.
