- minimum he/she should study in Karnataka with 10th or 12th clasa certificate.
you are willing to take admission in Karnataka then there is a option i.e, comedk is test conducted by Karnataka state board for non local and who didn't meet eligibility criteria.

Yes your daughter is eligible for KCET.
Following are the main eligibility criteria for KCET 2019 which includes eligibility requirements related to age, citizenship, qualifying examination, qualifying marks, domicile, subject combination, category etc.
1.Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
2.Age criteria: Candidates applying for KCET 2019 should not be less than 17 years of age on 31st December 2018.
3.Basic Academic qualification:
1.Qualifying Examination (QE)Class 12 or equivalent examination (passed or appearing).
2.Institute from which QE is passed:Any government institution or institution recognized by Karnataka state government.
3.Minimum percentage of marks in QE 45%
4.Minimum percentage of marks in QE (reserved categories ST/ SC/ OBC) 40%
5.Subject combination in QE:Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, Chemistry/ Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subject and English as language subject.
The candidates who are Indian Citizens of Karnataka origin and have studied and passed both 1st and 2nd year PUC or 11th and 12th standard examination within the State of Karnataka from an Educational Institution run or recognized by the State Government.
Either of the parents of the candidate must have studied in an educational institution of Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years.
The candidates who come under the above-given category have to produce certificates issued by the competent authority to show that they or their parent (Father / Mother) has been a resident of Karnataka State and study certificates against their claim at the time of counselling.
