My daughter studied in Karnataka for 8 year(1st std to 8th std). My mother tounge is kannada. My daughter completed 10 th std exam in Telangana in 2018 and completing 12 th std exam in maharastra in Feb 2020. Now Myself and my wife stay in Karntaka .My daughter is eligible for KCET?
There are some eligibility criteria based on which one can apply for KCET. They are as follows.
To fulfil the eligibility criteria of KCET 2019, the candidate should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.
Candidates should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.
Candidate who had taken more than one year to pass a class/standard, in such cases, the academic study years will be counted as one year only.
