NDA is a very high level examination and making through it is not at all an easy task and is a dream for number of students. The age limit of NDA is 16.5 years - 19. 5 years. So the candidate must be within this age limit. For NDA II , those candidates are eligible which are born between 2nd january , 2002 to 1st january, 2005. As your DOB is 10th January , 2002, so YES you are eligible for it.
